Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to current, past, and potential donors to schedule donation appointments
• Build rapport with donors and encourage continued support for lifesaving initiatives
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals while maintaining accurate donor information

Required qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone
• Goal-oriented with a strong motivation for performance metrics
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
