Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has an open position for a Remote Donor Recruiter Outside Sales Account Representative in the Adrian Area.
Must be able to:
- Develop potential Sponsor leads
- Plan and implement effective strategies to recruit, retain and manage sponsor organizations
- Achieve established blood collection goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel to company office and attend meetings
- Minimum one year related experience required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or equivalent
- Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills
- A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required
