A full service maintenance company is seeking a Remote Doors and Locks Technical Support.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Receiving calls and guiding repair technicians on possible solutions to resolve issues
  • Receiving and reviewing photos for troubleshooting

Required Skills:

  • Construction/Facility Maintenance Knowledge
  • Outstanding relationship skills; Team oriented with highly collaborative work
  • Must have ability to discuss projects with technicians and/or customer
  • Must have the ability to work on their own and bring their own skills to bear to improve the processes and procedures already in place
  • Proactive and willing to initiate action, solution oriented
  • Problem-Solving Skills
