Job Summary

A full-service maintenance company has an open position for a Remote Doors and Locks Technical Support Member in Little Rock.

Must be able to:

  • Receive calls and guide repair technicians on possible solutions to resolve issues
  • Receive and review photos for troubleshooting
  • Negotiate in pricing as necessary

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Construction/Facility Maintenance Knowledge
  • Must have ability to discuss projects with technicians and/or customers
  • Must be able to utilize a smart phone
  • Ability to receive and review photos for troubleshooting
  • Familiar with repair and facility maintenance trades
