A healthcare analytics company is seeking a Remote DRG Payment Integrity Ideation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Performing random and focused quality assurance audits
• Ensuring audit staff is well trained, aligned, well able to achieve program goals
• Actively participating in the case selection process

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Must have experience with encoder tools
• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC with 5 years of inpatient coding experience
• Intermediate to advance Excel
• Must have 7-10 years of experience with MS DRG and APR DRGs
• Must possess experience with PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
