A driving lessons and practice driving tests provider has a current position open for a Remote Driving Education Customer Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support our internal and external customers through Zendesk and Slack
- Escalate issues to the appropriate team while maintaining communication with the our customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some experience in a support role
- Experience with contemporary apps such as Zendesk and Slack
- Comfortable with technology
