Job Summary
A global drug development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Drug Development Analytics Library Development Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing ETL and calculation modules that are the basis for the analytics capabilities
- Developing APIs & frameworks that provide data analysts with ability to easily generate data sets that can be used for claims analysis
- Developing Web frameworks and architecture for providing user interfaces for custom analytics tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Extensive experience leveraging cloud-based Big Data & Analytics solutions like Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Spark SQL, AWS
- Ability to develop applications and data pipelines using modern, cloud-native principles
- Be familiar with Agile project methodology and practices
- Hands-on experience in data architecture/Big Data/ETL environments
- Hands-on understanding of development using Python to build enterprise analytic applications
- Experience with Data Lake design principles
