Job Summary
A health services company is seeking a Remote Drug Reimbursement Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Forwarding provider dispute information to Medicaid program contacts
- Communicating resolution/decision of both Medicaid and PBM/PBS drug pricing disputes
- Collecting and entering monthly survey acquisition cost data into spreadsheets with accuracy
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or equivalent work experience
- Two plus years of customer service experience and/or phone/contact center OR pharmacy experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel and MS Access
- Strong math/accounting skills
- Knowledge of ICD-10 and HCPC codes
- Knowledge of health insurance, managed care or prescription drug industry
