Job Summary
A consumer robotics company is seeking a Remote DtC Commercial Operations Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Be responsible for the company's product detail page (PDP) set up, testing and deployment of commercial SKU details
- Coordinate & manage day-to-day execution of the promotional plan of ecommerce on SFCC/SFRA & other OMS/store front applications
- Maintain pricing within Salesforce Commerce Cloud systems, ensuring accuracy with ongoing monitoring and testing
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BS/BA studies in Business Administration, Marketing
- 2-3 year experience of DTC support driving sales and best in class customer experience
- Experience working with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Familiarity with web / ecommerce tools: Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Knowledge of website merchandising and building great customer experience
