Key Responsibilities

• Format translated documents to match the source layout for professional delivery
• Perform side-by-side checks of source and target files to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Ensure proper formatting of tables, headers, footnotes, and indexes in translated documents

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Desktop Publishing (DTP)
• Proficiency in French and English
• Background in legal or financial document translation
• Ability to handle large projects, often exceeding 25,000 words
• Familiarity with document formatting standards and practices
