Job Summary

A chemicals company has an open position for a Remote Dura Line Merger and Acquisition Senior Project Manager Contractor.

Must be able to:

• Lead Global M&A Project according to Executive Sponsor visibility
• Sustain project management framework, governance, and associated business systems and processes
• Ensure that project management platforms and systems provide the support initiative/project tracking

Required Skills:

• Around 10 years of industry experience launching projects and managing DIGITAL SERVICES M&A projects
• Drive day to day project flows, oversee budgets, producing project management artifacts
• Ideally proven track record of successful Digital Company Mergers and Acquisitions
