Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Dynamics CRM Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting with the closure of new sales and manage existing accounts
  • Advising clients on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes
  • Regularly communicating with clients on the status of issue resolution

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 25-40% travel locally to North and South Carolina
  • 3 years experience with Dynamics CRM with Dynamics CRM 2013 Certification Exams
  • Advanced level of knowledge about Dynamics CRM and accompanying ISV solutions
  • Excellent Communication and Customer facing skills
  • Being able to summarize and present solutions/issues in a very concise way
  • Being able to connect and get things done without hierarchical oversight
