Job Summary
An advisory firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Dynatrace and Splunk Subject Matter Expert.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring the responsiveness and availability of critical websites and web applications
- Managing application availability, performance, and pro-actively find performance bottlenecks
- Analyzing the data for anomalies and trends
Skills and Requirements Include:
- HS diploma or GED and 20+ years of experience with systems engineering
- 4+ years of experience in a Dynatrace engineering role supporting SOC or NOC environments
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM
- Experience with troubleshooting and identifying root cause issues
- Experience with maintaining Splunk and Dynatrace and its underlying infrastructure
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
