Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote E and I M and R Communications Specialist .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting the Associate Director with other M&R projects, strategy and communication projects as assigned
- Managing and improving end-to-end business processes for member communications impacting group retiree plans and membership
- Coordinating process design and project implementation for execution of URS project goals
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience in project management participation
- 1+ years of professional experience with documenting processes and practices, often using accepted project methodology
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience providing customer service, direction, and responses in a fast-paced, time-limited environment
