Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote E-commerce Engineering Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the ability to discuss tasks with employees in a manner which gives guidance and best practices
  • Provide coaching/mentoring to the team in a highly collaborative and empathetic environment
  • Track the status of project activities and ensures that schedules and priorities are being met

Required Skills:

  • Experience with/exposure to large scale platforms (cloud technologies), complex inter-dependent technologies
  • 7+ years of experience working in a program/project management capacity for software development
  • Experience with/exposure to Ecommerce platforms and technologies
  • Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies
  • Experience owning a program/ portfolio of products/features
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
