Job Summary

A law firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote E Discovery Document Attorney in Lawrence.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Perform substantive document review, generally on document review platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, etc
• Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege
• Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs as well as challenges to privilege

Qualifications Include:

• Must be barred in Kansas
• Must reside in Kansas
• 2-3 years of e-discovery/document review experience
• 2-3 years working with document collections, reviews, and productions
• Will also consider newly barred Kansas attorneys
