Job Summary
An e-learning platform provider is filling a position for a Remote E Learning Account Manager in Denver.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrating ownership of all aspects of each assigned account, including contract compliance
- Developing strong working relationships with clients for communication, trust, and an understanding of value
- Monitoring, reporting, and increasing utilization of assigned accounts’ products and services
Position Requirements Include:
- You must have the ability to travel 15% of the time
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in an account management role
- Experience developing account strategy, building client relationships, and cultivating new business
- Established track record of successfully management, base and mid-level accounts
- Demonstrated effective and collaborative interpersonal and professional relationship building skills
