Job Summary

An e-learning company is in need of a Remote E-learning Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout entire hiring process
  • Working efficiently and with autonomy to fill open positions and build pipeline for future hiring needs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years as a recruiter with proven experience identifying and hiring talent in a variety of job functions and business areas
  • High level of critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and strong written/verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required
  • Experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment required
  • Experience in Corporate hiring required
  • Ability to manage recruitment processes and stakeholder relationships with autonomy
