An e-learning company is in need of a Remote E-learning Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout entire hiring process
- Working efficiently and with autonomy to fill open positions and build pipeline for future hiring needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years as a recruiter with proven experience identifying and hiring talent in a variety of job functions and business areas
- High level of critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and strong written/verbal communication
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required
- Experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment required
- Experience in Corporate hiring required
- Ability to manage recruitment processes and stakeholder relationships with autonomy
