A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote E2E Solutions Staff Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as a value stream owner bringing together an outside-in user experience and design perspective
- Identifying the business value of reimagining our customer journeys
- Developing a data science, analytics, and research competency
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects
- A deep understanding of the customer journey and customer redesign
- Six Sigma Certification
- 5 years of management experience
- Deep analytical skills
