Job Summary
A national quality improvement and care management organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote EAP Associate.
Must be able to:
- Perform telephonic assessments and consultations
- Perform routine and urgent clinical risk assessments
- Perform management consultation services to all levels of management and human resources
Position Requirements Include:
- Occasionally travel within the state
- Minimum two years employment in the mental health field
- Masters Level in social work, counseling, psychology or related field
- Must demonstrate knowledge of workplace risk factors and be able to assess potential violence in the workplace
- Must have the clinical expertise to perform a thorough risk assessment and develop an action plan
- Knowledge in chemical dependency, indicators of risk associated with withdrawal, and treatment modalities
