Job Summary
A consumer-centric health company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote EAP Clinical Counselor Psychologist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Provideing telephone triage, crisis intervention and related services
- Providing telephone counseling to individuals with a variety of presenting issues
- Assessesing member’s immediate clinical needs and utilizes appropriate clinical tools to identify and provide services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Valid independent professional licensure to practice: LCPC, LISW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC or Clinical Psychologist
- Experience in handling mental health and psychiatric care, family situations, and relationship concerns
- 1+ year of crisis intervention (suicide, detox, substance abuse, domestic violence) skills
- Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavioral change
- Strong computer and literacy skills
- Masters degree in behavioral health field required with appropriate licensure-
