Job Summary
A managed healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute EAP Counselor in San Antonio.
Must be able to:
- Work in an EAP call center environment
- Manage a variety of calls, including high risk issues
- Assess clients for high-risk issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or marriage & family counseling
- Three years post master's experience in a clinical setting
- Demonstrate the ability to build rapport, assess and address risk, and develop goals with members in a telephonic setting
- Willing to work at least one weekend day per week
- Ability to use a PC in a Windows environment, including MS Word and Internet
