Remote EAP Senior Coordinator

Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote EAP Senior Coordinator.

Must be able to:

• Determine member eligibility and benefit coverage as appropriate
• Research and contact community resource providers
• Update and make notes in the non-clinical provider database

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or 15+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in social services, research, education or related field
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Intermediate level of computer proficiency
• Advanced level of proficiency with telephonic assessment skills
