Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote EAP Specialist in Atlanta.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Determining member eligibility and benefit coverage and triage as appropriate
  • Answering inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral
  • Updating and entering clinical notes in care management database

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of clinical experience in a mental health/clinical setting
  • 2+ years of experience with Windows PC application
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health field
