Remote Early Childhood Equity and Infant Mental Health Workforce Specialist

Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Early Childhood Equity and Infant Mental Health Workforce Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinating creating and supporting a new Leadership Cadre for People of Color in Reflective Practice
• Coordinating and supporting communities of practice focused on equity, infant-mental health, and healthy child development
• Growing the infant-family and early childhood mental health training including areas such as reflective practice and trauma-informed practice

Required Skills:

• Endorsed or eligible for endorsement by the California Center for Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health
• Equity-driven such that strive to ensure that all activities and trainings promote racial equity and social justice
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a team member
• Strong organizational skills
