Job Summary
A non-profit agency specializing in education is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Early Childhood Equity and Infant Mental Health Workforce Specialist in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support communities of practice focused on equity, infant-mental health, and healthy child development
- Coordinate create and support a new Leadership Cadre for People of Color in Reflective Practice
- Participate in identifying trainers, topics, and coordinate trainings on topics in infant mental health
Qualifications Include:
- Equity-driven such that strive to ensure that all activities and trainings promote racial equity and social justice
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a team member
- Endorsed or eligible for endorsement by the California Center for Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health
- Strong organizational skills
