Job Summary
A cloud communications company has an open position for a Remote Early in Career Talent Acquisition Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support in the scaling of the EIC function and the 200% YOY growth by identifying new areas of opportunity
- Developing compelling business justifications for the continued and increased investment in EIC across business unit
- Driving the education, and enablement of Talent Acquisition Manager partners to effectively drive an increased percentage of EIC hiring
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- ecision makers. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years experience in TA and owning end-to-end recruitment strategies for business units
- Experience and ability to lead, inspire and manage high performing teams
