Job Summary
An IT service management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote EBS Cloud HR Benefits Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning, designing, developing and implementing comprehensive business solutions in response to client needs
- Working effectively and efficiently, whether working independently, as a team member or as a team leader
- Interacting with clients to gather, validate, document functional requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- 7-10+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business applications with a focus in Human Capital Management
- Proven knowledge of at least 3 areas of Oracle EBS HCM modules: Core Human Resources, Advanced Benefits, Learning Management, Performance/Goal Management, Compensation, Labor Distribution
- Proven experience with at least 3-5 full life cycle implementations and/or upgrades
- Experience with E-Business Suite version R12 or higher
