Job Summary
A scientific company has a current position open for a Remote eBusiness Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing EDI support issues/requests received by troubleshooting errors impacting systems
- Analyzing, correcting, and reprocessing invalid XML and EDI data for failed transactions
- Creating SOPs and performing basic mapping changes as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors, Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or experience
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a Help Desk or Application Support
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Understanding of EDI concepts including transaction set structure
