A staffing company has a current position open for a Remote eClinicalWorks Software Application Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing eClinicalWorks software application support Tier I/II to start
  • Performing more engineering duties
  • Interacting with clients via Video Calls

Position Requirements Include:

  • Work remote if they don't live close to Carson City, NV
  • Help Desk Tier I/II
  • Strong PC, Server and Network operations experience
  • Experience supporting remote users via telephone, video conferencing and screen access
  • Excellent communication skills
