Job Summary
Determines primacy on each case using a complex set of Primacy Rules as mandated by State and Federal Laws is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote eCOB Specialist I II II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Utilize internal queries, internal resource tools, must initiate delicate-in-nature phone calls
- Aide members in enrolling in Medicare when they are entitled
- Determine primacy on each case using a complex set of Primacy Rules as mandated by State and Federal Laws
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of claims processing and customer service skills
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 2 years COB experience; or any combination of education and experience
