Job Summary
A digital commerce firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Ecommerce Account Manager in Vienna.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing new client sponsors and expand services footprint
- Protecting and advancing against competitive threats within the account
- Becoming a valued contributor and resource to the client by learning their business, providing relevant advice and value
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of professional experience working with clients
- 2+ years of experience as an account manager
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business and professional relationships
- Experience working with and supporting accounts at the VP level and above
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Experience working with eCommerce or Marketplace platforms like Oracle Commerce / ATG / Endeca, Magento Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud / DemandWare, SAP Hybris, IBM WebSphere Commerce, Mirakl, Channel Advisor etc
