Job Summary
A science research company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote eCommerce Business Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and IT to develop the eCommerce and Digital Selling roadmap for the division
- Execute projects according to the project plan, including leading initiatives and workstreams within the broader eCommerce roadmap
- Research, identify, and share industry trends and customer preferences around eCommerce activities to help guide divisional strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years experience or related graduate education in the areas of eCommerce, Commercial Operations, or IT
- Strong knowledge of quote to cash process to apply in designing ecommerce solution
- System knowledge across ERP, CRM, and web selling platforms
- Ability to work with teams across the globe, including sales, marketing, IT, and Order Management
- Demonstrated experience leading project teams is preferred
