A global pharmaceutical company has a current position open for a Remote eCommerce Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring orders that error in the interchange throughout the day
• Rekeying orders on an as need basis
• Identifying and troubleshooting issues or problems with Web orders

Required Skills:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• 2 years experience in Enterprise E-Commerce System customer service, maintenance, and support
• Or Business System analysis and support
• Demonstrates the ability to respond quickly to changes
• Able to organize and present information to others
