Job Summary

A security and home automation company is filling a position for a Remote eCommerce Customer Experience Manager in Irving.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining and developing Customer Lifecycle Communication campaigns
  • Defining and identifying Customer Base marketing programs
  • Developing marketing promotions and offers that appeal to business segment using multiple tactics

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with one-on-one, meeting, group presentations and written / e-mail interactions
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to manage multiple competing assignments, deal with short timeframes, and prioritize deadlines
  • Strong organizational, execution skills, attention to details
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience interviewing and collecting information from users, stakeholders and subject matter experts
