A security and home automation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote eCommerce Customer Experience Manager in Knoxville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage approval and implementation process
- Define and identify Customer Base marketing programs
- Manage and work closely with internal and external business partners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 5+ years of customer experience
