Job Summary
A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products needs applicants for an opening for a Remote eCommerce Customer Service Agent in Las Vegas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock
- Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers using a variety of methods
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
- Must live in the state of Nevada
- Ability to complete mandatory paid training for 3 weeks - 100% attendance is required
