Job Summary

A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products needs applicants for an opening for a Remote eCommerce Customer Service Agent in Las Vegas.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
  • Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock
  • Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers using a variety of methods

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
  • Must live in the state of Nevada
  • Ability to complete mandatory paid training for 3 weeks - 100% attendance is required
