Job Summary

A CPG platform has an open position for a Remote eCommerce Customer Service Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building a strong customer focus and desire to proactively help

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience in eCommerce
  • Management experience
