Job Summary

An eCommerce marketing company has an open position for a Remote eCommerce Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Build strong relationships and brand loyalty with customers in general
  • Continually expand your expert knowledge of your customer’s marketing, technology and general business needs
  • Develop and implement compelling ways to connect with customers and fuel their growth

Qualifications Include:

  • 4+ years of customer management experience
  • Experience with technical products and/or demonstrated technical aptitude
  • Passion for helping customers and being a teacher
  • Ability to strike the right ongoing balance between being a detail- & process oriented-person
  • Proactive problem solver
