Job Summary

One of the largest chocolate manufacturers in the world is in need of a Remote eCommerce Customer Supply Chain Senior Manager in Hershey.

Must be able to:

• Utilize retail data and insights to drive incremental sales including promotional and seasonal execution and new item launches
• Lead the development of dropship capabilities to support the B2B business
• Evaluate and incorporate new cold ship technologies and packaging to reduce costs, lengthen potential ship methods, and improve sustainability measures

Required Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration
• Prefer 10-15 years of Digital Commerce Supply Chain experience
• Proficient understanding of fundamental business management and supply chain principles and concepts
• Global systems thinking – understands complex interaction of processes, information systems, and organizations
• Strong working knowledge in SAP systems and tools
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships and influence cross-functional leaders
