Job Summary

An employability solutions company has a current position open for a Director of Ecommerce.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Orchestrating all aspects of a strategic ecommerce plan
• Overseeing the ecommerce website of a brand
• Directing integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size and managing margin performance across a variety of product lines

Qualifications Include:

• Extensive knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tactics, especially in Stripe, Google Analytics, as well as other sophisticated analytics
• A self-described data wizard able to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new ecommerce strategies
• Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
• Seasoned ecommerce professional—B2B and B2C experience a plus
