Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Driving the execution and delivery of features
• Advocating for technical excellence and helping the teams make good decisions
• Providing career development, technical guidance and mentoring to team members

Required Skills:

• Masters / Bachelors degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience working in web services / ecommerce engineering
• 3+ years experience leading software engineering teams
• Ability to lead and prioritize the team to respond quickly to production incidents
• Experience in hiring, mentoring and managing engineers
• Experience designing and building high-performance, large-scale backend systems
