Job Summary
A current culture platform for buying and selling authentic, new, sought-after products is in need of a Remote eCommerce Engineering Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Lead Engineering for the entire North America team
- Establish and maintain the enterprise vision, strategy, and program
- Drive implementation and execution of major initiatives, setting expectations with business stakeholders
Qualifications Include:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to clearly communicate technical vision and strategy
- Industry experience in eCommerce marketplaces
- Demonstrated experience owning architecture decisions and communicating with the broader organizations
- Demonstrated experience building and growing teams
- Experience in working with vendor software and decision points on build vs buy balancing risk and time to market
