Job Summary
A retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote eCommerce Fraud Analyst in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Review potentially fraudulent transactions generated from orders placed across all of our online platforms
- Evaluate transactions, investigating any suspicious attributes such as previous order history and location
- Make decisions per risk guidleines to either release the order for fulfillment or cancel
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce, experience with fraud detection methods, loss prevention and investigations
- Knowledge of commonly-used fraud prevention concepts, practices, and procedures and common fraud scheme
- Proven knowledge of ecommerce computer systems such as fraud screening applications, and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of investigative concepts and processes, and communicate effectively with law enforcement
- Must have integrity and consistently exhibit strong work ethics
- Must be able to remain flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment and to prioritize goal
