An eCommerce fraud detection company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote eCommerce Fraud Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee the customer lifecycle
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction
  • Identify and successfully close renewals

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Occasional travel and participation in after-hours meetings
  • 2+ years of Customer Success Management and/or Account Management experience, or equivalent experience
  • Proven customer management skills
