Job Summary
An eCommerce fraud detection company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote eCommerce Fraud Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the customer lifecycle
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction
- Identify and successfully close renewals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Occasional travel and participation in after-hours meetings
- 2+ years of Customer Success Management and/or Account Management experience, or equivalent experience
- Proven customer management skills
