Job Summary
A manufacturer of a bottled ready-to-drink coffee is in need of a Remote Ecommerce Growth Director in Los Angeles.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maximize acquisition, sales, retention, and customer experience on Shopify
- Lead strategy, forecasting, and execution of acquisition and retention efforts
- Scale performance marketing efficiently across paid (Social, PPC, Affiliate, Podcast, Display) and organic (SEO, Email, SMS)
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or Psychology preferred
- 3+ years experience developing, optimizing, managing budgets on large-scale digital marketing campaigns
- Proven success in building and optimizing marketing funnels and acquiring customers efficiently
- Consumer packaged goods industry experience is a plus
- Experience with e-commerce platforms Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, and others
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
