Job Summary

A financial technology company is in need of a Remote eCommerce Implementation Architect.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting product implementations remotely or on client sites
  • Acting as a technical main point of contact for clients during the implementation process
  • Respond to product-related or functional questions from all team members

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in an implementation, technical support or software solutions role
  • Experience with the following technologies; Java, React, Angular, Next.js, GarphQL, Spring, Git
  • 3+ years of experience managing internal and client expectations and deadlines
  • Proven success in the implementation and support of software solutions
  • Previous experience working with ecommerce solutions
  • Comfortable communicating with client resources both technical and non-technical
