- Defining and implementing the CRM strategy
- Identifying growth opportunities across the channels
- Developing new loyalty program features
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Data Analysis in the CRM field and Loyalty Program Management
- Solid experience with loyalty program software and preferably Shopify
- Strong planning skills and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge in Google Analytics
- Proficiency with Asana, Google Drive and Slack
- Ability to use common sense to make good decisions
