Job Summary

A marketing services company has an open position for a Remote eCommerce Industry CRM Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Defining and implementing the CRM strategy
  • Identifying growth opportunities across the channels
  • Developing new loyalty program features

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Data Analysis in the CRM field and Loyalty Program Management
  • Solid experience with loyalty program software and preferably Shopify
  • Strong planning skills and project management skills
  • In-depth knowledge in Google Analytics
  • Proficiency with Asana, Google Drive and Slack
  • Ability to use common sense to make good decisions
