Job Summary

A staffing firm is seeking a Remote eCommerce Java Developer in Boise.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and implementing new features using Java, Spring, and JavaScript
  • Creating interactions with the database through a persistence layer
  • Maintaining existing code by fixing bugs found in production

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum 10+ years of recent/active Java experience, preferably Java 8+ development
  • 7 years' experience Spring/Spring Boot and MySQL
  • 2+ experience with AWS with enterprise Kubernetes, S3, EC2, Cloud Front, Dynamo, and SQS
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent extra experience
  • Proficiency using Unix/Linux-based OS
  • Ability to perform code reviews and ensure quality of code is maintained to high standards
