Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote eCommerce Live Chat Agent Trainer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing relationships with clients
  • Developing and modifying personalized training programs
  • Facilitating training and development programs for existing and new clients

Required Skills:

  • Experience developing training programs for Fortune 500 live chat teams
  • Knowledge of chat platforms
